Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your box.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your unworn footwear or apparel in its original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
